Upon receiving the job orders from the employers, we start pooling qualified candidates. We go through our computerized data bank, post in social medias, in newspaper, or we participate in job fairs.
Our senior staff conduct the pre-screening of candidates and sees to it that those qualified candidates are endorsed to the employer for final interview and approval.
EMCJ arranges for an interview with the employer or their representative to conduct the final interview or we send the qualified applicants CV’s to the employer through email for final approval. The employer can also conduct interview through video camera via Internet. Confirmation of selected candidate from employer.
Qualified applicants are referred to DMW accredited clinics or hospitals for medical and psychological examinations as required by the country of deployment.
The approved candidate should submit all the following requirements: passport, NBI Clearance, medical certificate, trade test certificate, and other documents that maybe necessary to process their papers.
DMW processing will be done after accreditation of the principal/employer.
For countries using No Objections Certificates (NOC), an authenticated employment contract is required. After processing with DMW, the passport with all the pertinent documents are submitted to the embassy of the host country for Visa stamping.
For the countries using NOC, the Visa is stamped upon arrival of the worker at the point of entry.
All contract workers undergo briefings and orientation seminars on the rules and regulations of the host country, its culture, religion, the companies labor policies, Philippine Government Regulations, Travel Procedures and other related information.
We monitor the welfare of workers deployed by visiting the job sites and maintain close communication with our clients/employers.
